Not sure yet... luckily I haven't needed to use it.. fingers crossed if I do, it's seamless.

I needed help with a iPhone battery but they didn't have that kind in stock. I was disappointed because I wasn't told that on the phone prior to making an appointment and driving 20 minutes to that location. The person who assisted me tried looking at other stores for me so she gets a "A" for effort!

Always get the geek squad protection. I'm slightly upset when items aren't compatible with the geek squad protection, to be honest.

You can never have better piece of mind without geek squad. I never worry about any of my products knowing I’m covered.
