Always get the protection plan… ALWAYS! You will end up regretting it. With Best Buy you don’t have to take any extra steps after getting the protection (like an extra registration or call this number to active) Just buy it and go. Also, read the terms and conditions. It’s not the employees jobs to tell you everything.

Great battery pack for my streaming camera! Use it at a lot of softball games!

All I can scream is PURCHASE!PURCHASE!PURCHASE! With this protection they charged only $50 to come and install your tv on the wall...they cam out to my home on a seperate occassion and install the protection on other lap tops and also the ones that I purchase...I didnt have too go into no store or remove any items...they showed up and worked..only $50.00 and I hadp 6 laptops...everyone in the home received the benefit from this service. PURCHASE>>>>>

So nice. Couldnt be happier. Literslly hours of fun with my wife and kids who literally wouldn’t look at me after losing all the money at the race track. Awesome zoom and focus, fun to touch, pull, squeeze and twist. Great for spying on the neighbors!

I have always purchased the Accidental Geek Squad Replacement plan if it's available for my pricey purchases. Compared to other types of insurance/repair programs, the Geek Squad's experience has been the most satisfying due to return/repair options.

I purchased this when my camera light because I knew the extended warrant at Best Buy was a good one. I have used the warranty in the past and know it is a headache free and easy to use process.

The replacement coverage is very much worth it on most items. If you get a 2 year replacement option on a microphone, chances are in those 2 years you’ll run into some problem. Now think along those same lines with light bulbs, electric tooth brush, razors, etc. it makes sense!

Glad I could purchase this up to a week after I bought the product. This made it a lot easier of a choice, and I commend Best Buy for this option.

For a little bit of money you get a piece of mind if your product ever fails, why wouldn’t you protect it?

Obtaining the Geek Squad's technical support for all of my electronic devices is rewarding. My only complaint at this time would be their appointment only policy. There could be a time when my laptop or phone may crash or become compromised. These are essential electronics needed for everyday operations in the day and age we're living in. Knowing you've paid for this very expensive tech support and being turned around at the counter because I hadn't made an appointment is quite disturbing. Just my opinion, why not have a couple of Geek Squad technician available to assist walk-in customers. For this reason I'd be reluctant to recommend the Geek Squad Technical Support.

I had to use this when my computer slipped and fell. They fixed it like brand new. The coverage did exactly what it said it would. Haven’t had any problems with my computer.

Always Always Always get this protection, it makes things super easy to swap out if pretty much anything goes wrong with a product. The people at my local store are always very nice even when they are super busy. There are a few things that I do not personally get the protection on because of how long it takes to ship out to get them fixed. But small items like these headphones its a must.

Always replace my product when needed with no hassle.
