Have not had to use the geek squad yet but hope all is well when I do! Price seemed ok.

I used the protection on my grandsons Switch lite. The turn around time was ok. I did not like having to get an appointment to bring it in. They need to have a walk in helpdesk without appointments,

Good for short term to help fix any problems that may arise from the device and good customer service.

Ots great to know if something happen l can take it to them

Really useful and super helpful, would recommend, peace of mind if something happens to device

It works great just wish i could mount it to the t.v like the standard switch

Geek squad - can't go wrong to have a piece of mind, even if it's only 2 years.

Ended up using this on my Nintendo Switch. It was buggy even after erasing and update, had joy con drift, battery quit working and had to stay plugged in. I figured they’d credit me like they normally do when using geek squad and a product clearly fails OR replace it which I was totally cool with. Would’ve been happy with a refurbished one even. But instead they sent it in? I thought it was fixed but it still has issues. Screen randomly flickers, I think they replaced the battery because it’s better, still stick drift. And now it sometimes doesn’t read games. Before I purchase geek squad again for an item I’ll be sure to figure out what the policy is using it on that item.

Always get the protection plan haha! Accidents happen. The kid broke his Switch. I was able to bring in get it replaced pretty easily. Little tip always make sure you take out the games and memory card

Never used it but it was nice knowing I had the protection if something broke.

Coverage seems like it will cover accidents per store team member

Purchased after I bought the Nintendo switch. Hoping to never need to use it but with all electronics a little peace of mind never hurts.

Felt more secure when i purchased the 2 year warranty for my switch .

I normally don't buy these but with the switch I was unsure how fragile it is. Plus it's a hybrid console so I wanted it protected.
