bought the 2 year warranty for my sons switch lite just in case something happens I never had to actually use geek squad so I'm not sure if the service is good but it does give me some peace of mind having the switch with accidental protection warranty on it.

I always purchase the protection plan because it is worth it. It cost more, but it protects your purchases under any circumstances.

Covers accidental coverage for 2 years... enough said. Excellent customer service whenever I needed anything from these guys!
