I have not had the need to use or contact the geeks squad. So far all my products have been of great quality.

They were very friendly and provided great service.

I haven’t had to use Geek Squad yet. The gaming keyboard and mouse was easily connected and have been working very well.

Since switch is tablet & we have small kids in house I thought it best to purchase just in case. I have not had to use yet & hope I don't but have peace of mind now.

always buy a warranty it's like pay me now you won't get a second chance if it breaks, after the regular warranty runs out.
