So far I have not needed to use this service. Hopefully I will not. But it's nice to know there is some type of protection for our device. This service was about the same price as the ZAGG screen protector alone and this service protected the whole device, not just the screen, so opted for this over the ZAGG.

Came in handy for sure! My son’s Nintendo switch wasn’t reading the game cards as well as not charging in the stand. The plan I chose covered all costs and was repaired at no additional fee!

Geek squad is awesome and have saved a couple of my devices. I highly recommend getting this on ALL your buys but most specifically the expensive ones. Having the ability to get my devices fixed or replaced up to a year or two after buying is indispensable.

It's a good plan and great to know that if something happens to my gaming system I'm covered.

Overall best of the best with getting help! Was so worried and confused on how i was going to get some items fixed and they made it seem so easy and put my mind at complete ease.....

Idk why there is even a debate expensive items just buy the protection.

This is soooo worth the money!!!!! Got it for my son’s Nintendo Switch, and thank God I did!!!!! A few months ago, one of the controllers broke (he dropped it sideways)!!!!! It had already frozen a couple of times (although it worked again once the battery ran out and we charged it again)!!!!! Went to Geek Squad, and that ordered him a brand new one!!!!! Got it in lies than 10 days!!!!! I would NEVER buy something so expensive without this protection!!!!!

After having one of my TVs lose its picture a month after the manufacturer warranty ran out, i always get the extended warranty on all electronics to protect my investment.

Definitely worth having. At almost the two-year mark, my son's nintendo switch would not power on. We took it to Best Buy, and they sent it off to Nintendo. Because we had the protection plan, they fixed the console, and we weren't charged anything.

Hoping that I never have to use it but I love that it was offered and that it goes for 2 years! I have an 8 year old that is pretty destructive so I always insure my stuff so I don’t have to worry

I don't like buying warranties for electronics, but 2 years ago when I purchased Geek Squad for my Xbox 360. I was like most, I'll never use the warranty, it's a waste of money... not this time, 10 days before the warranty was up, my beloved Xbox 360 died... Thankfully I had the warranty.. I got a new Xbox360, same Gears of War model I had! so glad i purchased, Geek Squad.

So happy to have this extra support! I feel extra secure that issues will be resolved when I need to use this.

I always buy insurance for expensive stuff at Best Buy because there isn't any trouble to exchange our defective merchandise in the event that I need to do so, I rather deal with the store that sold me the goods rather than a company that will try everything in their power to not honor the agreement.
