I haven’t had to use it yet but because electronics have their issues out of the blue I am glad I purchased it knowing things will be covered and I will be stress free.

I always opt for geek squad service if the item I purchase is over 200 bucks. If you don’t, you better think long and hard about if u wanna drop another 200 when you drop your device or just pay the geek squad 20-50 at time of purchase.

I think when already have a warranty on old device and something happens to it Best Buy have to give you a new one they should prorate the warranty that you already had on instead telling you you have to buya whole new warranty new warranty

Having insurance to protect our video game was the best choice

Geek squad installed the screen protector on the switch right before leaving the store. He was very helpful and advised us if any problems in the future to be sure to call or make online appt for any problems with the system. Gave us helpful hints on matience of device. Excellent service.

Always purchase the week squad protection for any electronics over $100. The service basically pays for itself, if used.

This is the best option even though you think you may not need it. I always get the geek squad protection especially with the expensive products I purchase. It helps when something is wrong with an item you purchased because if it can’t be fixed, you can get a new one for a lot less than the price you pay for the protection.

With all those switch problems out there with the dock scratching the screen, warped switch because they're getting too hot and with it being portable its bound to likely get damaged. Never got any kind of coverage for anything ever but with the system seeming fragile and other than not being able to afford another one if it's damaged, let alone it being sold out every shipment; this seemed like a good investment.

Having Geek Squad is perfect and it comes in handy if we need it or when we need it .

I have always and will always continue to buy best buy, warrantee as is one of the best ones out there. Specially when buying electronics because you never know when they will break down.

I always purchase an extended warranty especially when the item I purchase is a bit or very expensive. It’s great to have that reassurance. Had to use my extended warranty once and it was easy. Also, an extended warranty can be transferred to a new owner if you sell it within it’s time frame.

Geek squad was so patient with me and my device. They worked out the issue in a timely manner. Even when I had to comeback a few times they treated me like family. I never left without a resolve.

The Service was sold as ADH Accidental Coverage which paid for itself

On a $300 hard to find console like the switch that is portable, this is a no-brainer. A few people online have had various issues with the switch, and with Nintendo officially stating that they have not verified any issues so far, a little peace of mind is better than blind trust. Many day one consoles have had issues. Just look at the PS3 original and Xbox 360 red ring problem and decide for yourself.

I will never buy any products unless I get the Geek Squad protection. The times that I have used it I have never had an issue and they always deliver. This is why I only buy my electronics at Best Buy. Their TV installation services is also cutting edge. No one does it better then them!
