Bought my protection plan thinking I wasn’t going to use it and came to find out my Nintendo switch had programming issues and they were able to assist me

You really cant go wrong with this insurance. Not like other stores , where you have to send it out. Geek squad will fix it on the spot or replace it if they cant. Very dependable!!

Very happy a 2 year warranty is offered have not had to use it yet but feels great to know it is there.

Kids broke Nintendo switch, luckily Best Buy’s had a two year warranty they offered me when the Nintendo was bought. Came in hand and got a brand new Nintendo.

Don’t ever hesitate to get the geek squad protection plan. It is worth the money ten times over and even if you never use it the peace of mind is worth it. I’ve got smaller kids so knowing I’m covered if they accidentally break something puts my mind at ease when they are playing this without me in the room with them.

Comes in handy with electronic devices. Especially if the item is for a child, you will definitely need this

In the past the Geek Squad had derived my computer and brought it back to life for me when I was turned down by two other companies prior. We also just purchased their protection plan for my sons switch and that is a huge reason we bought from Best Buy.

It was great to have but didn’t use it much so didn’t see the point in paying over two hundred bucks for it yearly. I miss when you could but if for all products for up to 3 years and be done with it if you didn’t want it anymore. The perks though is being able to have any of your devices worked on. Recommended for those who don’t mind paying a yearly fee.

Switch from the previous gen and I could not be happier with the new screen size. The only downside is if you are trying to JB your Switch you would need 1st Gen Switch Consoles.

Hopefully I won't need to use it for the Switch, but it's been helpful with other products I've bought before.

I bought my grandson a new Nintendo Switch to replace a broken one. Since he is only 8 years old, I thought I should invest in a 2 year protection plan.

Was always helpful to fix most things with the item that is broken.

What do you expect from a BestBuy service? Obviously nothing negative only positive experiences with premium support.

I always find the Geek Squad service plan a great value. I have used it before on other purchases and it has been very easy to get repairs done.
