Love the peace of mind the two-year accidental protection provides. The gift was for a household of three children so accidents are bound to occur. Luckily haven’t had to utilize this protection plan yet but very happy to have it as insurance.

Switch Lite had a charging problem. The repair process was as easy as making an appointment, dropping it off, and then watching the repair process with tracking online. They couldn't fix it and sent me a new Switch Lite!

I rated this coverage 5 stars, just for the coverage description. I haven’t had to use it & certainly hope I don’t have to! Purchased for the Nintendo Switch I recently purchased, better to be safe than sorry...especially in 2020!!!

Love love geek squad! I will only go to best buy to get electronics for this very reason. Fixes the issues I am not the one having to send off the equipment to get fixed. And if. And if not able to fix they will replace.

I got protection for the new family switch since I have three children under 10. Thank goodness because the screen would be damaged when it fell off the bed one time. Had it turned in within a week and had a solution within a week!

If you’re looking to get accidental protection for any of your products you buy I recommend you get it. I got it for my Nintendo switch because the controllers stopped connecting and it was all covered for replacements/repairs.

I recently bought a Nintendo Switch and decided to purchase this warranty with my order. I've read good things and it only cost me $50 for 2 years. That is unbeatable. I was told by the sales associate if anything happened to my Switch I would be able to get a new one.

Without a question, Best Buy has the best warranty plans. Never had an issue with anything from a keyboard to $3,500 camera. Highly recommended.
