Glad I got the warranty. The remote on the Nintendo switch stopped working. Brought it back and they gave me a brand new switch. No questions asked and at no additional cost.

They trued to fix my kids switch but when it was irreplaceable they contacted me soon and replaced it

I'm not one to normally invest in the added protection, but with best buys version...its worth it! No hassling with sending things off, no receipts to send in. Just take it to bestbuy they check it out and make an instant decision. It's well worth the money!

This purchase was made due to the sense of security for my purchase, if anything were to happen to my laptop, I know that I can bring it back to the Store and Geek Squad.

Like always a good product especially if it's being purchased with a product that can break easily withing the time it will be used. Especially printers from HP which usually have ink carriage jams every year or so!

Haven’t had a chance to use the Geek squad protection warranty yet. However, it does seem easy to use the warranty, which makes it worth to have in case something goes wrong.
