The insurance policy for replacement is great as a customer it feels great when the support and the customer satisfaction is there to be able to replace my items.

My recent contract expired. I was notified by email it was up for renewal. I called and signed up again because of the great live on line support and in store support I have had with all of my devices

I don't get replacement services on everything I buy but some items are worth it. Especially expensive and fragile ones.
