The agent couldn't even get fortnite downloaded and other programs I asked

Hoping this covers everything as I've found in the past that the geek warranty won't cover most items.

I DIDN'T HAVE TO USE THE PRODUCT AT ANY POINT. DON'T HAVE MUCH TO SAY

I buy Nintendo for my son and the screen pops out! I took it to geek squad for repair for second time the told me to wait until August 16 to make an appointment & when tha day finally came I check on my app & show me that geek protection has been canceled that BS

I pay a 2-year warranty for nothing. This is money though away to the trash. More than 3 months waiting for a replacement of magnetic control of my son’s switch Nintendo

Not worth the money. Seem to be angry you want help.

Decent value that is worth it on bigger purchases.

I purchased this protection plan with the expectation that my product would be either fixed or replaced. My product broke 2 months after purchasing and my plan only allows a replacement or store credit. I didn’t pay with store credit so why should I get that back instead of a full refund? It’s unfair because the product that I purchased is no longer in production and my son, who I purchased it for is heartbroken that I cannot exchange it for the exact same item. I literally feel like I wasted my money.

Sorry, can't give this more than a three, it was for a Christmas present.

Hopefully this will be a good protection if anything happens to my console!

I’m glad I got it with three kids but luckily have not had to use it.

Protection plan is pointless. It won’t cover water damage. the game system is for a kid, what a kid will never spill anything on their system.

I believe this one was for the tv but sadly my mothers tv fell and screen was broken and warranty didn’t cover it would love to get atleast part of the insurance money back since she will no longer Needed exp2022

I called so many times for my son’s Nintendo, every time stayed on line more than one hour. But never solved my problems. They keep transferring the phone to different departments. Finally I give up. I paid for the Two years plan but no service. Then I tried to buy a new one but they didn’t have. So much mad.......

Haven't needed to use Geek Squad for this item, thankfully.

I got it for a Nintendo Switch Oled. And the cashier told me that if anything happened to the system, they will replaced it immediately with no hesitation. But instead they send it out, to another location to see if they can fix it. Meanwhile I got no system to play with. And they said the process can take several weeks. Everything is so bad.
