    Best Buy dropped the ball

    Our Switch arrived 5 days late. These were 5 devastating days for my 8-year-old. Then the right (red) controller doesn't work. Best Buy refused to fix the problem. I was told they would not send me a replacement part because the item won't come back in stock within the 15 day return period. The only solution is to suck it up and buy my own replacement part (which I will not buy from Best Buy. Best Buy has some of the worst customer service I have ever come across.

    Zelda special edition without Zelda game.

    Very great Nintendo but pay more expensive for a especial edition and don’t come with the game … Nintendo need change this selling a Zelda especial edition without the Zelda game no make sense..

    I damaged my laptops hinge and when I went to see if they could fix it they labeled it as cosmetic and refused to help. They were also extremely rude and lazy with their service. Please don't waste your time unless your device is in pieces they are not going to help.

    Very very disappointed!!! I was not told when my extended warranty was about to expire. I always repurchase another, especially for my kids video games and systems
