I typically don’t buy these plans but this was for my sons switch. Thank god I did because he dropped it in the toilet lol. Took about a week but it was replaced! Thank you geek squad.

I just like the point that if anything happens to the computer I can always take the computer back I get some kind of assistance I'm just not stuck with the computer that doesn't work

We haven't needed to use the Geek Squad service, but it appears to be worth the money if we do end up needing it.

I have two little kids that can destroy anything, so being able to have a guarantee that my item will be replaced if damaged is a must have!!

The warrany department takes along time . They told me that i would get some controlers exchanged for new ones 3 to 5 days its now been 3 weeks out. And havent heard anything now i will ha e to go to store to figure this out.
