The geek squad people know exactly what they are doing . No need for a “friend” to fix the issue that geek squad can handle

the do help but sometimes they give you the runaround and they hide their little details that are supposed to be known from the beginning

I can honestly say that Geek Squad protection is well worth the money. We purchase it on all of our high priced electronics. It has paid for himself on more than one occasion.

The agents hooked up my router and printer etc. just had them come for again since I bought a new router

bought the 2 year warranty for my sons switch lite just in case something happens I never had to actually use geek squad so I'm not sure if the service is good but it does give me some peace of mind having the switch with accidental protection warranty on it.
