bought the 2 year warranty for my sons switch lite just in case something happens I never had to actually use geek squad so I'm not sure if the service is good but it does give me some peace of mind having the switch with accidental protection warranty on it.

The replacement plan is the truth. I have no trouble anytime I have an issue with the product after purchase and the Best Buy crew is always accommodating and their for me.

worth the money to protect all large purchases. My apple purchases get the apple care. All other significant purchases get Geek Squad.
