When I bought my Switch, I knew I had to add the protection plan. Although I haven’t had to use this particular plan, as the Switch has worked well over the past two years, I have had to collect on protection plans for other purchases and was able to do so without any problems.

Came in handy for sure! My son’s Nintendo switch wasn’t reading the game cards as well as not charging in the stand. The plan I chose covered all costs and was repaired at no additional fee!

Guys dont take a chance and not buy the 2 year geek squad service pack. I made that fatal mistake awhile back with a computer monitor that i purchased elsewhere and had a lot of trouble to get a new monitor. I have learned my lesson you should learn from me and get the geek squad.

Overall best of the best with getting help! Was so worried and confused on how i was going to get some items fixed and they made it seem so easy and put my mind at complete ease.....

After having one of my TVs lose its picture a month after the manufacturer warranty ran out, i always get the extended warranty on all electronics to protect my investment.

Geek squad is awesome and have saved a couple of my devices. I highly recommend getting this on ALL your buys but most specifically the expensive ones. Having the ability to get my devices fixed or replaced up to a year or two after buying is indispensable.

So happy to have this extra support! I feel extra secure that issues will be resolved when I need to use this.

So far I have not needed to use this service. Hopefully I will not. But it's nice to know there is some type of protection for our device. This service was about the same price as the ZAGG screen protector alone and this service protected the whole device, not just the screen, so opted for this over the ZAGG.

Excellent service from Geek Squad!! I never buy a product from Best Buy without adding Geek Squad coverage.

I typically don't buy extended warranties; however, I was glad I did this time, since my expensive TV failed within the Best Buy warranty period and it couldn't be repaired. Best Buy replaced the TV with a comparable model, also expensive. I purchased a protection plan for the new TV as well, because the previous plan really saved me quite a bit of money. The Geek squad delivered the TV and set it up with all by devices. They were very professional and walked me through all the features of the new TV.

Haven’t had to use this, but I rest easy knowing it is always there if I do.

It is great to have to piece of mind that if something was to happen to my item that I'm covered!
