This has saved me twice in the last year. Once with my OnePlus 13r that had a screen that just stopped working for no reason, and then another time with my surface 9 pro. Both of these products are fantastic products but you never know when there's going to be like a malfunction or something that leaves your phone screen broken or your tablet in a boot loop. I'm always going to make sure I have this protection on anything like that. The people that helped me both times were beyond friendly too and the service was fast. For the phone I just had a regular exchange but they help me salvage all the stuff off of my phone even though I couldn't see the screen, and with the surface I had to wait maybe 3 days but they solved the boot loop! Can't recommend enough.
