The attention and care the Geek Squad gives us is exceptional they always fix everything and provide the best recommendations on how to take care of our devices and electronics. This has saved me twice in the last year. Once with my OnePlus 13r that had a screen that just stopped working for no reason, and then another time with my surface 9 pro. Both of these products are fantastic products but you never know when there's going to be like a malfunction or something that leaves your phone screen broken or your tablet in a boot loop. I'm always going to make sure I have this protection on anything like that. The people that helped me both times were beyond friendly too and the service was fast. For the phone I just had a regular exchange but they help me salvage all the stuff off of my phone even though I couldn't see the screen, and with the surface I had to wait maybe 3 days but they solved the boot loop! Can't recommend enough.

Always worth extending a warrenty for consoles, and honestly have never had an issue using Geek Squad before! It's good to know i'm coverdd if something happens!

I love the insurance provided by best buy, it gives me peace of mind when buying expensive electronics. The industry standard is a 15-20% percent fail rate out the box, so I know that I won't get stuck mailing it in to get repairs.

Yes your toaster will probably outlast the warranty by a decade but if theres a power surge due to a storm or maybe even an unforeseen alien invasion theres still the slightest chance it may break down so at least you'll have the peace of mind knowing that your covered for any unforeseen malfunctions and if it says ADH it even covers accidental . I assure you we sometimes feel like the grim reaper when we are unable to help our customers so remember this. Unless your a total tech member you only have 15 day to return it .I promise it is really not a scam it was actually designed to keep you off the hamster wheel of dealing with manufacturers and hey, just so you won't be left with a feeling of regret for spending money on something you think is unnecessary it is even transferable so if you want to resell your product your increasing the value because we can transfer it to the new owner for the balance of the warranty life. Go ahead splurge on this warranty and live on the edge . I am an employee Im also a customer we still have the same terms and conditions as you do .

As soon as I purchased my grandson Switch2 and added the extended protection,I received a email right thanking me for my purchased and all the information I need if I have any trouble.

Always worth it to get the 2 year protection on a 500 dollar console. I've used it before on my rog ally when that first came out. The first one I bought had bad stick drift and best buy replaced it with a brand new one because I had the protection plan.

I never had to use it but it gave me peace of mind. If it ever broke or had a malfunction, I knew that Geek Squad will most definitely fix or replace it for me as they have done that in the past for me before. I will buy it every time even if I don’t use it just in case.
