Sales people persuaded me that this was a good thing to protect the Switch2 I bought my son for Christmas. So far, no troubles with Switch2, but it is early yet!

The geek squad protection is always a great buy in my opinion. If you have an issue they either replace the item if they have it in stock, or they refund you the money to buy a suitable replacement.

I added 2 year geek squad protection to my Switch 2 because though it’s a bit pricier than competitors for similar protection, I figured the ability to easily bring it into Best Buy for service is worth the extra money. Hoping the service and coverage is worth it.

I strongly reccomend always getting Geek Squad protection. We work hard fornthe money we spend on these products for ourselves or gifts and a little extra can go a long way. I accidentally set my laptop too close to a candle once and it started melting the lid. I thought for sure that mistake would not be covered but absolutely not. Geek squad did there best to repair but ended up replacing it with a full value store credit card so i can buy another. That experience has made me a loyal best buy customer on any pricey purchases because how random was that accident? I am so responsible but you cant plan for things like that.

Geek squad is incredible! I had never purchased it prior to my children breaking 4 Nintendo Switches. I finally realized how stupid I had been to not use this service! I could have saved myself SO much money! Since my last Nintendo switch purchase I have brought it into geek squad once so far, and they were amazing! There was an issue with my sons switch’s headphone jack, they took care of it so quickly and were so knowledgeable! I will never purchase another product again without getting Geek Swuad protection, it’s a no brainer! It will literally save you hundreds (thousands in my case had I gotten it on my first Nintendo switch purchase) of dollars and give you peace of mind that you and your devices are in good hands!
