Nice to have when items break. I only purchase and insurance plan from Best buy as they stand by their service plan.

Having this service has really been the best decision. We have toddlers and accidents happen and they helped us.

I always get Geek Squad coverage. A lot of times when you think things can't be fixed. They do the job. It is definitely worth it to have Geek Squad Coverage.

I would definitely buy the protection plan. I brought in my broken headset and they replaced it immediately with no problems.

Good for if your purchase needs to be serviced, depending on the problem they will attempt to fix it in store or ship it out to get fixed.
