Bought it for a real Xbox controller due to having one made from garbage by SCUF that lasted 2 months. Hopefully I don’t have to use the replacement warranty on a real Xbox controller.

I get this for my Xbox elite controllers which never used to last more than a year before needing to be replaced. My current controller is still going strong after 13 months so I’ll keep it until I get closer to the 24 month limit (or it’s starts to wear out)

Purchasing a protection plan is always the best thing to do I have never had a problem getting and item fixed or replaced with the geek squad protection they have never let me down

Loved it until the A button started failing and the right thumb stick pops up and down way too much now. The left doesn't have play like that. Started constantly disconnecting while playing that lead to many deaths in game and only had it for a short time. Recommend getting the 2 year accidental insurance.

Geek squad is the best thing Best Buy could have done they fix or replace everything. Which gives me an ease of mind knowing that if my son breaks anything I can get it replaced

I have purchased the 2-Year accidental Geek Squad Replacement protection on multiple Headphones, controllers, and electronic devices throughout the years. Let me just say that Best Buy stands behind this plan, and I have never had any issues with a replacement of the product within that 2 year period. And - for me - the option to add another 2 years on when you replace your product (because I've had many Turtle Beach headsets break down over the past 5 years) is a perfect option, which allows me to continue to use that same device for it's lifetime until the next upgrade comes along.

Excellent!! If the product breaks down you just bring it in for a replacement. Haven’t used it yet, but it seems to be great.
