We always purchase geek squad. Theyve always done a great job repairing or replacing anything under the warranty.

If you break it they replace it no extra cost endless you buy the warranty again

Great support with returns and makes the process efficient

Always get coverage but watch out for the technicality’s because they will deny you if “break the rules” and they also told me awhile back about a tv my son damaged that they would charge me if it was damaged in a way that wasn’t approved for that coverage and would charge me a fee for looking at it.

I had no problem getting my son’s controller replaced. I went to the store and they pulled up my geek squad protection purchase with no problem and they gave me a gift card to get my son’s controller replaced online because they were sold out of PS4 controllers in the store. I liked the fact that I was able to get it replaced online and not just in the store because it could have been a long time before I was able to replace it while in some stores they don’t have the online option.

This is a nice feature for the PlayStation controller. But unfortunately, Sony does not provide a fluid amount of this product. It’s very hard to get I’m glad Best Buy has it more often than others.

They have always replaced any items of mine for 100% of the value at which I bought the item at amazing service love these guys!
