Highly recommend on anything you get. And if you have the app you dint need to ket track of the receipt it keeps it in file for you.

Never buy a product without it. Sure, you could use the manufacturer's warranty, but this protection plan just makes things easier.

Geek squad will never disappoint, no matter if its help with a computer, replacement or just questions regarding your tech, they got you covered. I always get my things covered with geek squad protection.

I bought a Playstation Dualsense Edge controller last year and experienced some stick drift. I was under 1 year from date of purchase and when I did buy it, I also bought the Geek Squad protection. Here are my thoughts on that. The Geek Squad protection at Best Buy… it’s a bit of a mixed bag. It’s an extra $60, which is fine if you don’t already have backup thumbsticks. I had some drift issues, brought mine in under a year into ownership, and they swapped it out no problem—but then canceled the protection plan unless I bought it again for the new controller. That’s the part that really rubbed me the wrong way. I was still under Sony’s manufacturer warranty, so why reset my paid coverage? The guy just said, “That’s how we do it.” Well… your way sucks. It should carry over and only be considered in use after the Sony warranty ends, like most other protection plans I’ve had. I'm going to think twice about purchasing it next time around.

I honestly dont buy anything from Best Buy without the warranty..it's easy to exchange and is never a hassle

Bought a purple Xbox controller for my girlfriend for her birthday last year. Her niece dropped it on the floor enough times that it stopped working. We walked in to Best Buy, told them our names so they could pull out the warranty, and walked out 15 minutes later with a brand new controller. I say buy the warranty every time.

That's why I love to buy from Best Buy every where yiu go they offer yoh 1 year warranty. Best Buy offers you 2yr warranty. A great Purchase.

This warranty works great. Little pricey but they are very easy to get a replacement from.

Peace of mind is great, I always get a plan because if you don’t get a plan it may break!
