best purshase if you have kids easy no hassel swap out if the worst case senario happens dont trust the hampsters they know too much

I would highly recommend always getting the 2 year geek squad product warranty plan highly worth the extra money. If anything breaks you can return item very easy. Great plan to have on all electronics.

So glad I got the replacement plan. My son used his controller and then one of the keys started to stick. Having the replacement plan took care of replacing the controller and made my son happy.

I got this for my xbox elite series 2 controller because it wasnt a cheap buy and I hear that they tend to mess up from time to time but hopefully it doesnt but the protection is still there :)

I think best buy 2 yr accident replacement on xbox wireless controller is great. It is a bit pricier than some but if they can fix ir replace in the store they do it right then,no mailing it it.

With kids who could break air and water, if there was a way, this was definitely a good buy. Will purchase alongside any future purchases.
