    They don’t tell you that within the two year period that you only get one replacement. The elite 2 has a known probable breaking so I only got one replacement. Then I had to pay another 60 dollars to extend the warranty on the replacement controller. I guess it’s better than paying 179 again. Ugh...

    Great controller! However I have come to find out that the purple ps5 controller specifically gets stick drift much sooner and more aggressively than the other color varients.

    Had a 2 year warranty, went in on the date of 2 years for them to have trouble for an hour and a half just to tell me they can’t do it because it’s “expired”. Last time I checked, 6/6/23 to 6/6/25 is 2 years. So keep this in mind next time you try to get a plan here
