Bought an open box Elite 2 controller. LB was broken on arrival. Customer Service set me up with Geek Squad to fix the controller, after a week of scheduling conflicts I went to the store and Geek Squad said they have nothing to do with open box returns or fixes. I spoke to customer service again and they tell me I am now past the point of return or exchange (under 1 month after buying) but they can set me up with Geek Squad at my local Best Buy... it is an endless loop of both Geek Squad and customer service shifting blame and refusing to fix their problem. There were zero steps in checking that the open box was a playable controller and its been an open box for so long, its out of warranty with Microsoft. Never buy from BestBuy when so many other companies treat their customers like customers.

Great plan for if you need to replace an item due to a problem.

I recently filed an in-store claim for my Xbox controller on the 19th December 2020. The geek squad agents refused to issue me a replacement instead the told me they had to order me a new controller. The estimate completion date was the 24th December 2020. I received the replacement on the 29 December 2020. The controller I received was an incorrect model and it was a used/damaged controller. I called geek squad in regards to my issue. The agents hanged up on me five times, put me on hold six times transferred me seven times and after three hours of frustration on the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for 45 minutes. After three hours 45 minutes of trying to get help or speak to a supervisor I finally gave up. Best Buy replaced my broken controller with a broken controller. Customer support is improperly trained and there is no accountability. The disrespect I had to endure dealing with GeekSquad was nerve recking. I would never recommend Best Buy protection plans to my worst enemy.

Controller does what it's suppose to in all games/apps that support it. Unfortunately the D-pad is so bad I'm going to need to mod it at some point. Extremely mushy and directional inputs are all over the place. The buttons could definitely be more clicky as well.

I mean I guess you get what you paid for Lmfaoo I bought a used controller and it came covered in animal hair!!! I was sneezing like crazy but controller works so far

It's an amazing quality headset, however, possibly my headset was defective in a way, as, sometimes it will randomly act as if it is not in the headphone jack and will not display sound when used.

Thia is not a charging station (i did not read description close enough). My mistake aside the design leaves much to be wanted. The VR controllers dock with the charging port face down so they need to be set somewhere else to charge which needs to happen almost every use. In our house that means they never sit on the docking station. The cord hook on the backside of the dock is difficult to use while also trying to dock the headset. Headset has to be in the smallest head setting to sit correctly on the docking station. Poor design all around.

Great controller....BUT the A,X,Y,B buttons are to flush with the body. cant really get a feel for hand placement. also much to easy to accidently press with no tactile feel they are more like mouse clicks but with your clunky thumb instead of your index finger. with all the replaceable buttons but none for the controller's biggest (IMO) issue
