    Purchased the plan for an xbox wireless headset. The sockets gave out and returned them for a replacement. Purchased the plan for 2 more years of protection.

    Ive had a few troubles with different appliances and have had different experiences both times unfortunately! 1st time had no issues the 2nd time the couldnt do the job so the hired a third party which eventually got the job done past when the said!

    Good but too expensive. Prefer razers or any that is cheaper. If you want fast mobility and more functions I would prefer just keyboard and mouse
