This is the second extended warranty for a gaming headset I have purchased. My prior review is below. I bought the extended warranty for a Xbox gaming head set for my niece. With the hit or miss reviews as to reliability, I purchased the extended warranty. Sure enough, after about 6 months it was a miss. The physical quality of the headset was fine but the electronics for the mic failed. I exchanged the headset under this warranty and got a different, more expensive headset for my niece. The new headset was very well reviewed, Turtle Beach, but I purchased an extended warranty for it as well.

My nephew loves these, he does a ton of gaming, and they work perfectly. Sound is clear, loud they do exactly what they should.

if you are in the fence about a warranty. on products like a gaming control you know if you game its going to eventually break. no brainer

I have purchased the 2-Year accidental Geek Squad Replacement protection on multiple Headphones, controllers, and electronic devices throughout the years. Let me just say that Best Buy stands behind this plan, and I have never had any issues with a replacement of the product within that 2 year period. And - for me - the option to add another 2 years on when you replace your product (because I've had many Turtle Beach headsets break down over the past 5 years) is a perfect option, which allows me to continue to use that same device for it's lifetime until the next upgrade comes along.

The agents were wonderful. Completely respectful of my home. I accually left them inside the house so i could finish working on my brothers truck. They come got me when they were done and explained everything to me to the tee. I think the house was clean then it was when they got there. Thanks guys,thanks best buy

I’ve had the pulse earbud for almost a year now. The sound quality is great thanks to the recent updates on the PS5 where you can adjust the settings on the Pulse Explore. Good for gaming and for those who does not like the headphones where it gets hot in the ear and heavy on the head after hours and hours of game time. It’s almost perfect except for the connection issue where it randomly disconnects fromt he console.

This warranty has come in handy so much. As a gamer it’s helped cover any issues that have popped up with headsets and such

The best headset quality for the playstation, has many functions and i can adapt it to my liking. For me its been very durable and very reliable. Its been my go to headphones everyday. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable price and good headphones.
