In this case I got a new item (which broke shortly after) and the plan was not reset so it was pretty much useless.

Geek Squad is unwilling to work with a person who is an INVALID and unable to go to the store! Was on the phone with about 8 people, and no satisfactory solution was made. Must wait until I go in person!

Don’t give them your Mac

After I got my computer back, it runs slow, freezes, unknown errors pop up. Don’t take your Mac to them!!!!
