Got this for the gamer headset for my 11 yr old son. Love how it covers everything from accidental to defective. Had it on the old one I bought him a couple years ago and before the replacement policy was up the left side stopped working. My husband went in with the old headset and they literally gave him full credit for my old headset and was able to get brand new ones.

Most people are hesitant to get the coverage. But BB is so good about taking care of you for having it. I am adamant about NEVER getting any electronics from places like Walmart, because they are notorious for having refurbished items and selling it as new.
