I like geek squad since I can rely and have been for over 5 years

It’s a warranty you might need. Maybe not but better safe than sorry for those big expensive purchases. Always hassle free when I do have to exchange a defective product.

You differently need this for your phones, computers and tv's. Its a huge help.

Its worth the money i can tell you that bc replaces some of the stuff not cheap

I'm indifferent I've never done the protection plan and I've never needed to use it before but with how much vibration and feedback there are in the controller I figured it was worth getting.

We bought 2 of these 2-year accident replacements for the controllers we bought for our grandkids. We haven’t had to use them, but feel good there are there when and if they need them.
