I personally like the geek squad protection plans. I don't have to use many. But nice to have when something goes wrong. Then don't have to worry about it.

Whenever I have a need for the geek squad it really does come in handy! I did have them installed 2 TVs a few months ago.

Protection plan was the best I’ve ever purchased. Tv was installed professionally and help was available if I asked

I figured since its an electronic device why not get the 2 year protection plan so if it breaks or acts up I can exchange it whenever I need a new one..

I like geek squad services except having to wait until the second year to get help from the store i think if a person buys a warranty on a product from best buy it should start when at first with the two years from geek squad and not the first year with the manufacturer

The 2 year protection really saved me from buying another controller full priced. Better to have it and not need it and need and not have it.

It's a must have because things happen and well sometimes you need to replace things

Get this protection plan for any device that you spend a lot of money on it’s definitely worth it in case if your device arrives faulty or something is wrong when you open it or has a malfunction

The warranty at Best Buy is the best your gonna find they don’t hesitate to exchange the product if you buy the warranty they don’t even ask what happened to it.

Would 100% recommend buying for any item over $50. Well worth the price just in case something happens with whatever you buy. I buy it on most of the products I get from Best Buy just as a precaution.

I love that there is actually a 2 year Geek Squad service.
