So far I have not had to use the accidental protection, therefore I am unable to give an honest review without Geek Squad fulfillment abilities. Trying to stay neutral and give 3 stars instead of 1 or 5.

So far, they work great. Only complaint is every once in awhile, the voice chat will not hook up after start up and you have to turn them off and back on for them to work.
