    Just as a normal user I guess the controller is really good but how this is the first gen of Ps5 sometimes it bring problems by defaults, how the original controller of the Ps5 so i huess i feel safe now with the insurance for the controller.

    Get the plan, it's worth it. Accidents happen, this plan helps on top of things the manufactor's warranty won't cover.
