This has been an excellent option to buy with some of my purchases. When I needed a replacement, it was super quick and easy.

I’ve had the pulse earbud for almost a year now. The sound quality is great thanks to the recent updates on the PS5 where you can adjust the settings on the Pulse Explore. Good for gaming and for those who does not like the headphones where it gets hot in the ear and heavy on the head after hours and hours of game time. It’s almost perfect except for the connection issue where it randomly disconnects fromt he console.

2 year warranty is often overlooked but with the ease of checking all purchases for years on the best buy app it is extremely worth the price

What is this item it does not state what it is I am slightly confused it justbhas a picture of random black shapes like a blender maybe a coffee pot I am notnsure what they represent

Very helpful in a timely manner and great customer service. They help with any issues i had and fixed them i do use them when i go in and take there advice.

Geek squad protection is why I choose Best Buy. I sure expensive items and in my 8 years using it I’ve never had any issues claiming a return for faulty or sub par items.

The best headset quality for the playstation, has many functions and i can adapt it to my liking. For me its been very durable and very reliable. Its been my go to headphones everyday. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable price and good headphones.

The agents were wonderful. Completely respectful of my home. I accually left them inside the house so i could finish working on my brothers truck.
