If you game regularly then your controller will break! It just will. And PSN company controllers are the best. This plan gives a free controller when yours breaks, but the warranty is void at that point. So in reality this lets you by the next controller for about 60%off.

Geek squad is the best they replaced my broken controller with no hassle whatsoever

Over all the two times I’ve needed to replace my broken equipment this really works unless your product becomes discontinued then they will issue a refund for your products price but over all it’s great to have better than paying full price for a new one

If you're buying something over $50, I would probably go for it if possible. Especially if you have kids or if you tend to be rough with your electronics, you can't pass it up.

I had no problem getting my son’s controller replaced. I went to the store and they pulled up my geek squad protection purchase with no problem and they gave me a gift card to get my son’s controller replaced online because they were sold out of PS4 controllers in the store. I liked the fact that I was able to get it replaced online and not just in the store because it could have been a long time before I was able to replace it while in some stores they don’t have the online option.

I always recommend to everyone as the employees do themselves to customers to purchase this plan for all your products because you may never know if there’s a faulty unit you purchased of a particular item that Best Buy will make sure to correct the problem for you with the best customer service I’ve experienced with all my electronics products purchased. It’s essential to your purchases, rather safe than sorry! Worth it!

Each time I have called on Greek squad I was treated professionally and friendly. They were knowledgeable about my issues and handled them in a timely matter. I am elderly and like most have come in contact with younger generation that don't want to deal with our lack of technology, but Geek Squad has always been very patient with me and my 100s of questions.

I purchased this Geek Squad replacement warranty because of the experience I have had with a few gaming accessories I use always. I have had to replace my Microsoft Elite controller several times. At $179.00 that can be quite pricey. With the Replacement Warranty it makes it so easy to just get a new one without any hassle! I would definitely recommend this purchase!

Best choice ever my children have the stealth headsets and they are great the only thing is that I am so happy that it is an option to purchase this extra insurance we have returned them unfortunately not because of reliability but because my children have huge heads and they eventually break due to being stretched so far. They also tend to pull them outward when taking them off which makes them ware more and break sooner. Overall no other complaints. Getting a warranty on something that you use quite often is just smart!!
