great great what you should expect, should be the standard

Every time i have had an issue with my products at best buy my geek squad protecting has always been a live saver and they do what they promise. that is why i always continue to support best buy and their protection plans protecting my investments. thank you guys for giving me a piece of mind.

I purchase the replacement warranty on my Xbox elite controller as a necessity. The controller itself feels great and works really well. Unfortunately, they always seem to develop issues within the first year or less that makes them virtually unworkable. It’s sad, but I have replaced five of these already, and the extended warranty is an absolute necessity! Best Buy is great about replacing them, but it’s a problem that Microsoft should address!

Always worth getting especially for electronic. If something happens you you can exchange for a new one thats if they still have it.

The geek protection is a great value for the saving of getting your broken items replaced. If you purchase alot of your items here then this is great for the extra money. But if you don't purchase more than 3 items that are of great value the probably best just getting the warranty on the side.

I bought this warranty to cover my A 50 wireless head phone. I was so disgusted with the quality of Plastic headphones without replaceable parts. The last set I bought was a steel series that lasted a whole three weeks before becoming unusable. I returned them just under the wire and bought the A 50 to replace them. I hate extended warranties but I bought this as insurance. I’m 72 years old snd don’t abuse my headphones. They are used to play Xbox.

I recommend you get the protection plan because they male sure you get a replacement quick and easy
