I always purchase the 2-yr for this product and I always shop at Best Buy for the controller. Best Buy honors the warranty and swap it out with no questions asked. A necessity for teenage users.

Our tv’s picture went out and luckily we still had warranty. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. The service technicians were friendly and arrived on time. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to fix our tv but offered a replacement for the same value. We were able to buy a new tv and just had to pay the difference on the upgrade. It was perfect!

The agent mounted my tv and did a very good job! I highly recommend Geek squad!

Great service. Like most protection plans you have to go through different loops to get your issue resolved. I never purchase any protection plans but decided to give geek squad a go and wow! Definitely worth it!! Highly recommend this service.

My Ninja Air Fryer stopped working after a year and I took it to Best Buy and had no problem exchanging it they replaced it with a brand new one.

Best warranty in the business. Purchase electronics at best buy specifically for warranty.

You ever know when an accident can happen or if the product mess up. My headset started coming about and i took into Best Buy to get fixed. They just replaced it. No problems at all.

Added 2-Year replacement to my Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller. I've had the 2-Year replacement before and I just walked into the store and they instantly replaced the controller for me. Great to have just incase something happens to the controller.

Salvarez helped me out a bunch with finding the right controller and the right plan for paying. Super friendly and inviting. Got along well with his coworkers and wasnt afraid to as for help when something came up. Overall a great experience

I love Best Buy warranty protection! This is one company that I can honestly say stands behind their warranty protections without any run arounds, headaches, or hoops to jump through. I have had to unfortunately return a couple things throughout the past 10 years or so under the product protection plans, but thankfully Best Buy has always made this as easy and pain-free as possible.
