When I saw Best Buy was one of the retailers releasing this new PS5 controller set I knew I was going to get it. They get your order ready pretty fast and I love their geek squad protection plan.

Worth the money at best buy for sure, no issues easy exchange.

These controllers joy-sticks are designed to fail after 6 months. With the geek squad service, I don't need to worry about having to pay full price for a brand new controller when the joy-stick fails.

Getting the protection plan is not only smart but is definitely worth it in the long run

Usually purchase these replacements for most of my items at Best Buy because of the added protection in case something goes wrong. Had to use it one time on my stereo headphones for a listening device and the process was easy. Best Buy came through with the replacement product with no issues. Great insurance to have just in case you might need it.
