Geek squad customer service was awesome. They always have the answers to my questions and fix any issues I have.

I always get insurance through Best Buy. It's been the best thing for our family. I've had to replace several headphones for my kids and i can exchange for a new one workout any hassle. Highly recommend!

Geek squad must be the best at taking care of their customers, I’ve never had an issue with them, always when my stuff doesn’t work and my warranty is still active I get it replaced brand new

As someone who works for a tech company it’s important to have coverage on certain items. Controllers are something you definitely want insurance for as the analog sticks always go due to repeated actions like pressing forward to run.

Just get it! It'll save you so much money later on. Accident and defects happen.

The guys at the Morse road location are great. They help out 3 different times with the same repair because Microsoft is cheeks with doing their repairs properly.
