I love this controller! It fits very comfortable in my hands

If you are using this for PC gaming & are running Windows 7 or 8.1 - it says in the description "some functionality is not supported" - so I asked under THIS AD, unfortunately AFTER I purchased, what was not supported exactly. Here is the response: "Functionality not supported under Windows 7 include Bluetooth wireless connection and customization features supported by Xbox Accessories App." It was answered by MicrosoftOutreachTeam So PC gaming was out basically for my purpose. I decided to try on my Xbox just because I had it. So here is the review: I have the ORIGINAL (1st generation) Elite controller & by far THAT one surpasses this generation. For some reason the buttons would not stay mapped using the app feature. A couple times I had buttons swap function (based on app mapping) while playing. So I truly believe the major malfunction with this controller is the app connection. I have never had a single problem with my original Elite. Overall the controller itself - built was fine - I believe overpriced for sure. I actually wanted to buy a 2nd one of the original for back up because I use this specifically due to a permanent wrist injury. Pulling the normal triggers would start to hurt after while - so this setup COMPLETELY fixed that problem. I could finally play games without wanting to cut my arm off within 20-25 mins. I did return this controller.

Bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 with this “extra “ protection. Hopefully I will not need to use it. But it’s there just in case.

My razer headset went out after a year thanks to the two year warrenty I was able to get a new headset with no issue.

These are the greatest things. I have never had a bad experience with the warranties. Best part about them is they will refund the full purchase price of the item even at the end of the warranty. other places pro-rate not this one.

Two year warranty is amazing on my Xbox controllers that seem to have some sort of issue around the one year mark.

I love best buy warranty, they always take care of any issues with the things I buy. I would highly recommend buying it when getting electronics because you never know when they will, stop working.

I use this every yr for my son's PS4 headset. He now has a headset for his PS5 and I got this for it. They either break on their own or he ends up breaking them somehow every yr and it never fails. So basically I buy a new headset for $20 ea yr that's worth $100.

This geek squad 2 year accidental replacement warranty plan is a blessing. I've noticed that all my video game console controllers end up drifting. With this replacement plan, I can be at ease and the price is really cheap when you divide it by the 2 years.

If having piece of mind is important to you, then this is a worthwhile investment. Particularly with young kids around, this is something I’d recommend any household getting. Having certified professionals at the ready is always a good idea.
