Warranty is essential!

There are way too many things that go wrong and a 2 year warranty is essential to me. I like the fact that they keep it under your phone number when you buy it so if you lose the receipt they can still look it up.

Shame on the manufacturer for poor design and durability, but Best Buy took care of it. They're awesome and I always get this coverage on accessories and large purchases alike.
