Great to have a service plan on some purchases. Number of times I've had to return a product after the return policy date and I was able to swap out for a new product or at least get the money back on a gift card.

Said they’d replace my item regardless of how I broke it well they did that’s all I have to say Ps. Don’t break your new remote to test this out just makes you look dumb when walking out with a new (replacement) item

Always get the 2 year warranty for all of my product! mainly controllers cause they do end up not working. Mostly stick drift!
