I'm indifferent I've never done the protection plan and I've never needed to use it before but with how much vibration and feedback there are in the controller I figured it was worth getting.

Quick and easy exchange, I had stick drift happy I purchased the service.

The geek squad replacement is awesome I purchased some headphones for my son about six months before Christmas and they stop working so I returned the product and got something instead the process was extremely easy.

The Geek Squad is par to NONE! They are always professional and very helpful.

It works, and they are pretty nice and professional, I've got this for controllers and they give what they offer.

Worth it because you never know what could happen I used it on headphones that stopped working for no reason after a year.

Good to have just in case specially when your spending money on electronics . Most of the time you don't need it but its good to have it just incase specially on more expensive items

Make my thumbs feel really good after a long day of gaming. It has 3 in a pack and i got them for 10.00. My wife uses them too and loces rhem.
