Instead of sending it back to Microsoft, I took it to Best Buy and they replaced it! I won't buy electronics without this policy. It's well worth the money

Love the ease and how fast they resolve any issue with a covered item. I am a gamer and have my contyrollers and headset covered, has helped save me so much money and even time as well.
