Insurance for electronic equipment at Best Buy amazing

Always comes through for me. Every product that Ive had issues with they would help with and I would be happy with results.

I didn't realize that I had actually bought it, until I went to exchange an XBox controller I had purchased months prior, and it ended up being a lifesaver, as I was able to replace the controller no problem, and repurchase the protection on the new device, for a lesser cost.

The warranty is worth every penny. I bought a pair of ear buds for my husband and just a month after, he dropped one and when he found it, it had been run over in the parking lot. The warranty replaced them with a brand new set.

These are really handy to have for things that only have a short warranty. I've returned monitors with dead pixels before and avoided having to but a new monitor as the warranty was up. I figured that i go through Xbox controllers so i should buy the replacement plan as they often die not long after the warranty ends. This time mine died within the normal return period and i was actually able to get a new replacement plan free of charge as well. If this plan saves me again it will be more than worth the money.

invest to not regret later that you did not buy this just to try to save a dollar or two. It's a really good thing one day the unfortunate happens and you will regret it.

Totally worth it. Accidents happen, and this plan gives you that cushion if something goes sideways. Geek Squad makes the replacement process smooth and fast. It’s especially great for pricey tech or gear that gets heavy use. You hope you won’t need it, but when you do—it’s a lifesaver.
