I broke my controller and had the warranty for it all I had to do was take in the control(without the box) and they gave me and new one simple and asked if I’d like to put another warranty

This controller is awesome, the buttons and functionality are awesome, and has great flow and a 2 yr blanket to boot.

Geek Squad service is always dependable. They make the claim process simple and fast. Great investment to protect expensive electronics and save hassle in the long run.

The best thing you can buy when you shop electronics. Local stores so you just stop by have your defective product exchanged or completely refunded minus the protection plan of course. Electronics are an investment for your entertainment so protect your money. I have had two 75 inch TVS replaced at no cost but another service plan. The tvs have been newer and better models so to me it’s a win win.

Honestly this does help at times and other times it don’t. I had called before to have help with my tv and told them I rather have it replaced due to the color always going in and out. Tried everything they say and the tv stilll goes in and out of color and so they say hey we can’t do nothing unless tv goes fully out of color or doesn’t tune on. So meaning the extra spent funds for security was a waste. I still have tv now and I have to constantly turn it on and off 3 times for it to be perfect again.

These guys are very helpful anytime we have a tech issue we just give them a call or take what we are having issues with to them and they fix it

Great product love it great for the price and quality

This was a Christmas gift for my coffee loving daughter who just got herself her own place to try and help her save money by skipping the every day expensive coffee shop cup of coffee

Its overall ok, the keyboard often loses bluetooth connection despite being right next to the computer. I now only use the mouse and have tossed the keyboard. And yes, I've changed the batteries multiple times.

This was the replacement of a headset that was damaged. I always recommend getting the warranty for small items. I was able to bring back the broken item, get it exchanged and was on my way within 5 minutes. I’m not sure why anyone wouldn’t want this service. The pros at Geek Squad are always quick and professional, and make the exchange process hassle free.
