I am so glad of have a habit of buying the protection plan on all of my electronics. My son was using the VR headset for the first time and lunched forward, crashing into my desk. He was fine, but the desk and the headset, no so much. Best Buy replaced the VR headset without question. Now if i only had a service plan on my desk from the furniture store.

I love geek squad they are amazing and great at they job

Has been absolutely necessary with my series 2 elite controller that I’ve now swapped out 3 different times due to faulty receivers that eventually go bad one place or another. The gamepads have been switched out with very little questions asked beyond the initial issue being detailed. I will continue to buy the insurance with all my electronics purchased through BB

I love the geek squad protection!! How could you not!? Yeah it's a little pricey on some items because the more your item cost most likely the more that warranty will cost but to have that piece of mind and know that within a few years if your product messes up and or your kid gets ahold of it and snaps if in half then just take it in and claim your warranty and get your new product!!! Luckily I haven't had anything like that happen with the kids but my old headset was giving me issues so I claimed the warranty on it and got something else after having it for about a year and a half they where polite and the transaction to get something else was smooth as butter.

The Geek Squad protection plan always comes in handy. It seems like SOME items are made cheaply nowadays and don’t last very long. Everything from drifting controller sticks to small house hold appliances that have stop working a month after purchase. The ease and comfort of Best Buy offering Geek Squad protection for a lot of items works out very well.

As long as they have your item in stock and you have the replacement plan and they follow through with their side of the agreement and replace it with no trouble then it’s amazing. Just got to watch out for the technical “fine print” then replace your item or get it fixed and make sure to get new coverage on your new item they just replaced and that coverage will keep you safe from being robbed

Bought a pair of astro A50s those i would never reccomend to anybody at all their firmware is absolute trash and doesnt download and then you are stuck with a $450 garbage. With that being said i also purchased the 2 year geek squad warranty and am very pleased with that and the services provided with that! I will never purchase another electronic device from anywhwre else!
