The agents were wonderful. Completely respectful of my home. I accually left them inside the house so i could finish working on my brothers truck. Don't pass this up. Xbox controller was 6 months old (probably still under original warranty) and I started to have problems with the thumb sticks. Walked into Best Buy with my receipt and instantly had a return refund! No hassles at all and I highly recommend!!

I purchased this Geek Squad replacement warranty because of the experience I have had with a few gaming accessories I use always. I have had to replace my Microsoft Elite controller several times. At $179.00 that can be quite pricey. With the Replacement Warranty it makes it so easy to just get a new one without any hassle! I would definitely recommend this purchase!

Best choice ever my children have the stealth headsets and they are great the only thing is that I am so happy that it is an option to purchase this extra insurance we have returned them unfortunately not because of reliability but because my children have huge heads and they eventually break due to being stretched so far. They also tend to pull them outward when taking them off which makes them ware more and break sooner. Overall no other complaints. Getting a warranty on something that you use quite often is just smart!!

My nephew loves these, he does a ton of gaming, and they work perfectly. Sound is clear, loud they do exactly what they should.
