This is one of those things you buy hoping you never have to use. But when you do have to use it... oh my goodness are you so glad you did. Truly zero questions asked (besides the typical “what’s wrong with it” and such) and just gave me store credit to get same item or a different item of my choosing. I now buy their protection with all of my big purchases knowing that Best Buy has my back.

always insure your products!!!! is something goes wrong with them they'll help you fix it or they'll replace it with the same product but new! i have een in stores hearing people fighting and arguing about how their products just gave up and theyre trying to get their money back eventho they didnt even out insurance on them OR EVEN HAVE A RECIPT!!!!! ALWAYS HAVE YOUR RECIPT WHEN YOURE RETURNING ITEMS, I AM TIRED OF POEPLE GIVING THE BUSINESS TO WORKERS THERE WHO ARE JUST THERE TO DO THEIR JOB AND GET THEIR BILLS PAID

Great controller. Super good for Call of Duty games. Adjustable triggers, adjustable color, adjustable drift movement. This controller is insane. 100% recommended

2 year warranty is often overlooked but with the ease of checking all purchases for years on the best buy app it is extremely worth the price

Turtle beach has a great audio quality headset but I have a heavy hand and I’ve had about 2-3 different pairs in the past 5-8 years of gaming which isn’t bad tbh .

Always get coverage but watch out for the technicality’s because they will deny you if “break the rules” and they also told me awhile back about a tv my son damaged that they would charge me if it was damaged in a way that wasn’t approved for that coverage and would charge me a fee for looking at it.

This is an amazing warranty, I have been using it for years now and it’s so worth it! High recommend it!

This has been an excellent option to buy with some of my purchases. When I needed a replacement, it was super quick and easy.

You are out of your mind if you dont pay for the service. Granted, there are some items that i feel its not really beneficial for but the geek squad service has saved me so much money in replacement costs that i cannot help but to encourage the small up front fee

I get Geek Squad Warranty on everything I purchase. Definitely worth the money and is super convenient. Only had good experiences with it and the reassurance of having warranty for two years makes all purchases worth it. Highly recommend!

A warranty is almost a mo brainer for controllers due to the stick drift issues and it's nice to know if it should ever happen you'll be covered. Do yourself a favor and just get the warranty if yoire debating it. You know what they say, it's better to have insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it

Protection for Nintendo JoyCons in 2022, stop functioning 3/2023. Returned under 2 year protection, received replacement pair, (saved $79.99). Purchased new plan for new set, paid what $24?? for protection, overall savings? $50 plus, yea I will keep up with this cycle until Nintendo resolves the drift issues, among other problems with the Joy Cons.

Have used their geek squad warranty dozens of times over the many years and only ever had one issue with it but it was resolved quickly and of little inconvenience to me. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get their stuff setup or even just to get a warranty for it. Great people and great company!
